In view of the safe distancing measures observed at our branches, all exchange of new notes* are to be reserved through CIMB At-Your-Service Call Centre (+65 6333 7777 from 9am-7pm daily), starting from 18 January 2021. Please note that the following denominations of banknotes are available for exchange for our Deposit and Credit Card customers.
