Covid-19 Safety Measures: Change in mode of notifications to Customers

In line with the ministry’s workplace safety guidelines on the Covid-19 outbreak, we will be implementing the following changes to the list of services below with immediate effect:
1. Application for Recurring Bill Payments
For all Recurring Bill Payments application, please fill up the PDF form found here and submit the completed form with the required documents, if any, to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be required to mail in the physical form once submitted.
2. Notification Letters to Customers on Debt Consolidation Plan
All notification letters pertaining to Debt Consolidation Plan will be sent via email to customer’s registered email address. If you require to update your email address with the bank, you may do so via the following steps:
