Dear Valued Customers,

 

We are experiencing high call volume and might not be able to assist you immediately when you reach out via our customer service hotline. To avoid waiting on the line, you can send us an SMS instead, should your Clicks access have been locked, or forgotten your Clicks username and/or password.

 

Clicks access locked out

SMS the following to 75558 using your bank registered Singapore mobile number. We will process your request within the same business day if the request is sent before 1pm. For request sent after 1pm, we will process it by the next business day. An SMS will be sent to you after your access is unlocked.

 

UNLOCK<space>last 4 characters of your NRIC/Passport No.
E.g.: UNLOCK 123A

 

Note:

For Singaporeans/Singapore PRs/Malaysians, please use your NRIC

For other foreigners, please use your Passport ID

 

 

Forgot your username and/or password
From now till end October 2022, SMS the following to 75558 using your bank registered Singapore mobile number. A Clicks activation code to retrieve your username or reset your password will be sent to you. Thereafter, your request will be processed within 2 business days.

 

ACTCODE<space>last 4 characters of your NRIC/Passport No.

E.g.: ACTCODE 123A

For other foreigners, please use your Passport ID
