We wish to inform you that with effect from 10 Aug 2026 the following changes will be implemented to our Corporate Pricing Guide:
(i) Ad hoc statement retrievals will no longer be available in electronic format. Customers may continue to access their account statements conveniently via BizChannel@CIMB on a self-service basis.
(ii) Requests for ad hoc hardcopy statements retrieval will be subjected to the following charges:
- SGD accounts: SGD 50 per account per month
- Foreign currency accounts: SGD 50 equivalent per account per month
(iii) Cheque services will be discontinued wef 1 Jan 2027.

If you have not registered for BizChannel@CIMB, you may download the application form here. Upon successful processing of your application, you will receive a welcome letter, security device, and password mailer to get started.
