What is SME Sustainability-Linked Loan?

The Sustainability-Linked Loan initiative is a financing programme where businesses are awarded interest rebate upon the completion of a pre-agreed set of activities and achievement of sustainability performance targets (“SPTs”). Eligibility: SMEs of Sales Turnover of less than SGD100m and are purchasing a property or refinancing an existing one.
