How do I activate my accounts?
For CIMB SG accounts
Transfer a minimum of S$1,000 via FAST:
- from an account with another bank in Singapore;
- or from your own CIMB Malaysia Account via CIMB Clicks Malaysia.
For CIMB MY accounts
Transfer a minimum of RM 500 via CIMB Clicks Singapore:
- from your CIMB SG account.
How do I login to CIMB Clicks (First-Time Login)?
You may contact CIMB At-Your-Service at +65 6333 7777 to request for a 6 digit Activation Code which will be sent to your registered mobile number within 1 working day. Or visit our branch to apply and you will be issued with the Activation Code instantly.
How do I activate my CIMB MY ATM Card/Debit Card?
1. Dial +603 – 62047788 using your registered mobile number with CIMB Malaysia
2. Select your preferred language (‘1’ for English / ‘2’ for Malay / ‘3’ for Chinese)
3. Select ‘4’ for Debit Card First Time Pin Change
4. Key in your new 16 digits debit card number
5. Key in the card temporary PIN which was sent to your mobile number
6. Key in your new preferred pin
7. Key in your new preferred pin again
8. You will be notified of the activation status immediately
