Description

CIMB Clicks Internet Banking

If you are an existing CIMB Current/Savings Account holder, you can make payments to your CIMB Credit Card(s) via CIMB Clicks


Just follow these steps:
 

1. Log in to CIMB Clicks internet banking via www.cimbclicks.com.sg

2. On the left menu, select: Clicks Settings > Link my CIMB Credit Card (You may skip this step if you have already linked your credit card)

3. On the left menu, select: Bill Payment > Pay to CIMB Credit Cards (You may choose which credit card you wish to settle payment for)

Note: Payments made between 12am - 7am will only be credited to your credit card account the following day.

 

Auto-Debit/Interbank GIRO

Payment will be auto-debited from your designated bank account (CIMB Bank or non-CIMB Bank) two business days prior to the payment due date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
 

How?

1. Submit the completed Auto Debit and Interbank GIRO Authorisation form to:
- Any CIMB Bank branch; or,
- Mail the original form to:

2. Allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of your application. Once your application is approved, your CIMB Credit Card statement will state that payment will be made via Auto Debit/InterBank GIRO. Meanwhile, please promptly settle your outstanding bills in full to avoid interest and late payment charges.


3. Payment will be debited from your designated bank account two business days prior to the payment due date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your designated account.

 

Note: A minimum payment amount of S$10 is required for payments via Auto Debit/InterBank GIRO. Please arrange for payment(s) using other payment modes should your payment amount be below it. Scroll down for other available channels.
 

Internet Banking From Other Banks

Make your credit card bill payments using the internet banking facility of your other bank account(s). For payments made before 5pm, your account will be credited in the next one to two business day(s).

AXS

Payments can be made with AXS via AXS stations nationwide, AXS e-Station for online payment and AXS m-Station for mobile payment. For payments made before 5pm, your account will be credited in the next one to two business day(s). Kindly ensure that your payment reaches us at least two business days before the payment due date for processing, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Branch

Make payment personally at the nearest CIMB Bank branch via cash or cheque (post-dated cheques will not be accepted). Payment will only be credited when the cheque clears.


Cheque

Cross the cheque and make it payable to "CIMB Bank Berhad - Credit Cards". Write down your name, card account number(s), telephone number and payment amount for each card account on the reverse of the cheque.

 

Drop the cheque into the cheque deposit box at any CIMB Bank branch or mail to:

You can also enclose your cheque (post-dated cheques will not be accepted) together with the payment slip in your statement Business Reply Envelope. Please allow 3 working days for mailing. Please note that cheques will not be processed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, and that payment will only be credited when the cheque clears.

 

Kindly ensure that your payment reaches us at least 2 business days before the “Payment Due Date” for processing, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
