The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) will undergo system maintenance from 7 August 2024, 12.00am to 12 August 2024, 08.00am. During this period, certain data may be unavailable for prefilling your digital form using Singpass and the following services maybe be affected:
Credit Card Applications
During this period, please manually key in your details to apply for credit cards online. When the service is available from 12 August 2024 08.00am, you can submit your income documents via the Myinfo link. We will also be sending you a letter to follow up on the income documents.
Personal Loan Applications
During this period, you can still apply for Personal Loan online, but the data from IRAS will not be available for your application. Alternatively, please leave us your details here and we will contact you after August 12, 2024 for your application.
Property Loan Transactions/Applications
If your transactions/applications are affected, please contact your Mortgage specialist or CIMB At-Your-Service at (+65) 6333 7777, Mondays to Sundays (between 9.00am to 7.00pm).
Digital Premium Financing Applications
If your applications via MyInfo are affected, please submit your application by manual submission via the e-application form. For more queries on digital premium financing, please contact your banker directly or leave a query here.
