Update to Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Banking Services

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Please be informed that the Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Banking Services have been updated and will take effect from 1 January 2026.

 

Key amendments include but are not limited to:

  • Enhancements to clauses to include security and anti-scam measures, including provisions for transaction holds and login restrictions
  • Removal of non-applicable clauses
  • Updates to include more authentication and communication methods such as the use of push notifications for customer alerts
  • Clarifications and refinements to service features as well as alignment with the E-Payments User Protection Guidelines (EUPG).
