How do I make my monthly instalment payment?

All payments must be made to your CIMB PayLater repayment account.

Here are your options:

  1. Bank transfer: You can transfer the instalment amount via CIMB Clicks Singapore or use FAST transfer through other banks’ internet banking platforms.

  2. Cheque payment: You can make a payment via cheque to your CIMB PayLater repayment account. Ensure your repayment account has sufficient funds by the due date to avoid late fees.

  3. Standing instruction: Set up scheduled monthly payments to your CIMB PayLater repayment account* with a standing instruction^ through your preferred bank’s digital banking platform or by contacting your preferred bank directly.

* Your CIMB PayLater repayment account starts with 10xxxxxxxx.

How do I request a refund for my product or service?

If you’d like to request a refund, please contact the seller or service provider directly. Refunds can only be processed if they are requested within two weeks from the purchase date.

What happens if I miss my payment due date?

If a payment isn’t made by the due date, a late fee of S$25 will be charged. To avoid additional charges, be sure to make all monthly payments (including any overdue amounts) by the specified due date.

Can I repay my CIMB PayLater loan early?

Yes, you can. To request early repayment, please contact our call center or visit our branch to provide your instruction. We will then issue an early redemption statement, detailing your total outstanding balance (including any fees and charges) and the due date for full payment.

If the full outstanding balance is not paid on or before the due date, the early redemption request will be invalid, and your monthly instalments will continue as usual.
