Change in Fixed Deposit Maturity Reminder Notifications

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

With effect from 1 May 2026, CIMB Bank will discontinue SMS alert reminders for Fixed Deposit (FD) maturity.

Moving forward, all FD maturity reminder notifications will be delivered via CIMB Clicks push notifications through the CIMB Clicks mobile app. You may continue to receive these reminders via SMS if you do not have the CIMB Clicks app.

 

We encourage all customers to ensure that:

  • The CIMB Clicks app is updated to the latest version, and
  • Push notifications are enabled on your mobile device.

 

This change enhances security and ensures the more reliable delivery of important account updates.
