Lunar New Year New Notes Online Reservations

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Lunar New Year new notes will be available for reservation from 27 Jan 2026. Please note that pre-booking an appointment is needed and can be done so via our online reservation system, EVA.

 

New Notes Collection Period Online Reservation Available From Reservation Details
03 Feb to 09 Feb 2026 27 Jan 2026, 9am

Available from 27 Jan 2026, 9am
10 Feb to 16 Feb 2026 03 Feb 2026, 9am Available from 03 Feb 2026, 9am

 

Do note:

  1. Online reservations is only opened to CIMB Bank Deposit and Credit Card customers
  2. NO walk-ins without reservation of new notes is allowed, other than customers aged 60 and above or customers with disabilities. Subject to availability.
  3. For online reservations, each customer is only entitled to one reservation slot during the reservation period. You will not be able to amend your booking after the reservation is made.
  4. Reservation must be made at least 2 days before the collection date.
  5. Please bring along your physical NRIC for the collection.
  6. Denominations available:
