Documents Required

For Singaporeans / Singapore PRs

  1. Copy of NRIC or Birth Certificate (for Junior Saver Account only)
  2. Latest copy (last 3 months) of any of the below as proof of residential address (required if address on your ID is different from your application):
    • Local telecommunication / utility bill
    • Local bank / credit card statement 
    • Letter issued by the government

 

For Foreigners

  1. Copy of NRIC (for Malaysians) / Copy of Passport (for other Nationalities)
  2. Latest copy (last 3 months) of any of the below as proof of residential address (required if address on your ID is different from your application):
    • Local telecommunication / utility bill
    • Local bank / credit card statement 
    • Letter issued by the government
  3. Supporting documents (applicable for foreigners residing/working/studying in Singapore only, any of the below) :
    • Employment Pass
    • Work Permit
    • Student Pass 
    • Dependant’s Pass
