Please be informed that you can now perform the following on CIMB Clicks using ATM/Credit Card and PIN (aside from Singpass Face Verification/login) with effect from 25 Sep 2023:
- Sign up for CIMB Clicks
- Reset your password for CIMB Clicks
- Retrieve username for CIMB Clicks
- Unlock Clicks Access
- Stop Loss from Scam
For New Sign Ups
You can sign up for CIMB Clicks using Singpass Face Verification or ATM/Credit Card and PIN. It’s safe, preventing identity and impersonation theft with a multi-layered security approach. SMS-OTP sent to your CIMB-registered mobile is still required as an additional step.
Alternatively - Get your Clicks activation code when your online application for an account or card is approved. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number registered with us. Create your username and password using the Clicks activation code at First Time Activation.
Forgot Password or Username
For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs)
Instantly reset your password or retrieve your username with Singpass Face Verification (Singaporean/PRs only) or ATM/Credit Card and PIN, which is safer and more convenient than before. Ensure your mobile number is registered with CIMB before you start.
For Non-Singaporeans/Non-Singpass users
Instantly Reset your password or retrieve your username with ATM/Credit Card and PIN. Ensure your mobile number is registered with CIMB before you start.
Alternatively – Reset your password or retrieve your username with an activation code.
(i) With bank registered SG mobile number, SMS the following to 75558 and you will get an activation code within 2 working days to reset your password:
ACTCODE<space>last 4 characters of your NRIC/Passport No.
E.g.: ACTCODE 123A
Note: For Malaysian, please use your NRIC. For other Foreigners, please use your Passport Number.
(ii) With foreign mobile numbers, please contact our call centre at (+65) 6333 7777 (9am to 7pm Monday to Sunday) to request for the activation code.
Clicks access locked out
Instantly unlock Clicks Access with Singpass Face Verification or ATM/Credit Card and PIN.
Alternatively – SMS your request before 1pm to get it processed within the same business day. You will receive an alert after your access is unlocked. SMS the following to 75558:
UNLOCK<space>last 4 characters of your NRIC/Passport No.
E.g.: UNLOCK 123A
Note: Use a Singapore mobile number registered with CIMB. For Malaysian, please use your NRIC. For other Foreigners, please use your Passport Number
Suspect that you have fallen prey to scam
Immediately disable your Access to CIMB Clicks Online Banking and Mobile App with our “Stop loss to scam” feature with Singpass login or ATM/Credit Card and PIN.
Alternatively – Immediately call our 24hr CIMB At-your service at +65 6333 6666.
