Changes to Regional ATM Withdrawal Services

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Please be informed that CIMB Singapore ATM cards will no longer support cash withdrawals at CIMB-branded ATMs overseas via the regional network (CIMB Malaysia, CIMB Niaga, CIMB Thai, and CIMB Cambodia). Similarly, CIMB Singapore ATMs will no longer support regional withdrawals by customers from other CIMB entities, effective 22 November 2025.

 

You may continue to withdraw cash overseas at ATMs displaying the Visa PLUS logo, subject to applicable fees and withdrawal limits.

 

We encourage you to:

  • Look out for the Visa PLUS logo when using overseas ATMs.
  • Ensure your card is activated for overseas use before travelling.
  • Review and update your overseas ATM withdrawal limits to help manage potential risks in case of card loss or theft while abroad.
  • Take note that fees and charges may apply for overseas ATM withdrawals via the Visa PLUS network.
