Enhancement to e‑Advice Access

Dear Valued Customers,​

 

Please be informed of an upcoming enhancement to the way you access your e‑Advice, including transaction advices and bank notification letters.​

 

What is changing?​

To further strengthen the security of your banking information and in line with regulatory requirements:​

  • With effect from 30 June 2026, all e‑Advice sent via email will be accessible using a one‑time password (OTP).​

  • The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with the Bank.​

  • This replaces the current password method based on your personal information.​

     

What you need to do​

No action is required at this time. However, you are advised to:​

  • Ensure that your mobile number registered with the Bank is up to date to avoid any disruption in accessing your e‑Advice.
