CIMB Mobile App (Digital Token)
If you did not receive or accidentally dismissed the push notification, you can still approve your transaction directly in the CIMB Mobile App:
- Open the CIMB Mobile App
- Tap on Digital Token at the bottom left of the pre-login screen
For a smoother experience, we strongly recommend enabling push notifications on your device and within the CIMB Mobile App:
- Log in to the app
- Tap Apply & Services (bottom right)
- Select Manage Notifications
- Enable Services & Transactions
Using the Digital Token provides a faster and more reliable way to authenticate your transactions.
SMS OTP
You may tap “Resend Authentication Code” to request a new OTP. SMS delivery may be subject to delays due to mobile network factors outside the Bank’s control. For a more reliable experience, you are encouraged to use the CIMB Mobile App.
