What is 3D Secure (3DS) authentication?

 

3D Secure (3DS) authentication is an additional security step used to verify your identity when making online transactions.

 

You can approve these transactions via the CIMB Mobile App with Digital Token enabled. This provides a faster and more secure way to authenticate your online transaction.

 

If you do not have the CIMB Mobile App or have not activated the Digital Token, you can enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.
