We will block your Card right away to prevent any unauthorised transactions. You can also request for a replacement Card so you can continue using your account without interruption.

 

When your new Card is issued, key details such as the Card number, expiry date, and CVV/CVC number will change for security purposes. If you have any recurring bill payment arrangements, please update your new Card details with the respective billing organisation(s). This includes automatic payments, mobile wallets, or subscriptions linked to your old Card.
